Jim and his team changed out all the aluminum gutters, down spouts, eves troughs, flashing, and facia, around my home in Milton. They are outstanding!

Their workmanship is top shelf, with keen attention to detail (like ensuring black screws anywhere the screw might be visible against black aluminum).

Jim is communicative, very professional, honest, and straightforward.  The work was delivered on time (they even worked Part of the Easter weekend to ensure they kept schedule) to spec, and at the price we agreed upon. It never changed.

If you need exterior Aluminum work completed Jim (and the Team at LA) are the folks to work with.

La Aluminum-Soffit and Siding promptly fixed the fascia on the upper part of my house that had flown off and it looks great.  They made sure it matched the rest of the trim. After doing my due diligence, including reading these reviews, I still ended up with a siding contractor that was unreliable, unprofessional and did a really poor job on my house. The quality of work was terrible with very little attention to detail. (Silver screws on black siding is just one example) I've given up on chasing them to fulfill their agreement and have had to hire another company to fix all their mistakes. Cannot say enough about Jim! We were looking at a major facelift for the front of our home - replacing a tired faux Tudor facade. Jim provided a number of options, took a significant amount of time upfront helping us pick the best option, choosing material, colours, style etc. We went with a James Hardy board siding but were still nervous! Jim really helped us manage that through the entire process - and WOW what a result! His work ethic and attention to detail was incredible and what a craftsman working with that material on such a complex facade! He turned that tired facade into a beautifully framed show piece - and for exactly what he said it would cost from the beginning!
